This incredible Doctor Whoproduction is a limited edition reproduction of the amazingconcept artwork used in the creation of the new series. This image of aTime Lord's fob watch is hand finished, and presented in a tripleapertured mount, protected by a wrapping of clear acetate and ready forframing. The material itself is 1400 micron conservation white coremount board. The mount is of archival quality. Thesealed prints come wrapped in a fine tissue overprinted withGallifreyan text and shielded by a custom made foam lined box. Theproducts are strictly limited, so don't miss out on a true collector'sitem!
In keeping with concepts such as the perception filter,disguise and deception, the shape needed to be the most generic pocketwatch you’ve ever seen, almost unremarkable. On closer inspectionhowever, you see its actually Gallifreyan. We’ve used these Gallifreyansymbols throughout the series, so seeing them on the watch, youinstantly know that there’s a significance there; that this devicerelates not just to the doctor, but also to the TARDIS and theTimelords. So it is telling the story through the design.
