Children of the Gods (Part I)
In the Stargate movie, the automatic weapons ran out of ammunition. So how are Skaara and the other kids able to put up a fight against the Jaffa? Even if SG-1 brought new ammo along for them, why would Daniel Jackson want the Stargate guarded by kids with empty guns?

When on Abydos when Apophis was dialling in, when the kids where running away in one scene the gate had no lights on.

When Jack was with Kawalsky is his quarters, Kawalsky had the "Captain" rank pin instead of Major.

Jack said that 6 hostile aliens (Jaffa) came through the gate when 8 actually came through.

The sergeant escorting Jack to the SGC had the major oak leaves clusters on his shoulders.

Notice that in the Abydos outside scene the sand is yellow-ish but in the background where the Great Pyramid is, the sand is red, that's because the Abydos scenes where filmed in Yuma, AZ and they just pasted the Great Pyramid onto the background.

Carter claims to have flown multiple hours in enemy airspace during the Gulf War, but at no point in the series does she wear any of the three ribbons authorized for participation in the conflict OR air crew (or other appropriate) wings.

If you watch when they use the elevator to go down to the SGC the "stock footage" is actually of the elevator going up!!!! Look at the cables at the left of the screen, the loop hangs and gets bigger.

Children of the Gods (Part II)
At no point did they officially give Dr. Jackson permission to join SG-1 and 2 on the mission, however they specifically mentioned that he was not to go with them.
In the scene where the Goa'uld are choosing new hosts, the Jaffa do not pull aside the curtains from Apophis' litter, forcing him to stumble through them in a clumsy -- and decidedly un-god like - fashion.
Major Kawalsky is called "Captain" twice and he had the captain rank pins on his combat uniform yet on the dress uniform he had the major pins.
The woman that the Jaffa took from the SGC said she was a Sergeant in the USAF but she had the senior airman insignia on her uniform.
When Apophis's servants were cutting the clothes off the women, you can clearly see that they didn't actually cut their clothes off but faked and also you can hear the ripping sound that occurs when you tear velcro off.
The Enemy Within
When Kawalsky (Goa'uld) was dialling out, they said he was going to Chulak but he was going to Abydos because the first glyph was that of Abydos and probably because they used the dialling sequence from the Stargate Movie.
Kawalsky goes from barely able to speak at all when he is speaking to Jack in pre-op to being able to speak clearly and ask General Hammond to make sure that he wakes up as "me or not at all" without any croak in his voice or any other apparent strain.
When Teal'c is in his quarters, the symbol on his head is upside down.
How did Kawalsky start the auto-destruct by himself? It takes 2 officers to start it and to abort it.
After the first attack you hear the wormhole shutting down and Sgt. Walter Davis looks at the computer screen it display's the wormhole as idle but when General Hammond calls for the radiation teams to move in you can still see the symbol lights lit and when the camera pan's back the shimmering white light from behind the Stargate is still there, then when Maj. Kawalsky leaves you can see all the computer screens flashing destruct sequence activated even though the destruct sequence had been aborted by Hammond and Davis. Then when the Stargate starts to move again the lights are still on around the Stargate.
When Kawalsky is dialling out, we hear the sound of the wormhole opening, but a moment later, the camera perspective shifts to a view out the control room window and the Stargate is still dialling, the wormhole not yet active as the blast shield comes down.
Emancipation
The Mongol chief who is offered Sam as a bride, uses a knife with a wavy blade. This is called a "keris" (or 'kris') and is used in Indonesia, which is a long way from any possible trade route with the Mongols.
Why do people descended from the Mongols, living on an alien planet, speak perfect modern English?
The Broca Divide
When dialling to P3X-797, they yet again used the Abydos coordinates.
When Teal'c and Daniel walked through the gate to get a blood sample you could still see their shadow even after they went through.
The "C-2" label was missing on the door into the gate room in this episode.
Teal'c incorrectly drew blood. He broke the seal on the vial and then inserted the needle. It should have been the other way around, yet he somehow managed to acquire a full vial.
The First Commandment
They explain in a behind the scenes type show that in the time line to the future episodes that is would ruin the show if they had to spend ten minutes every show learning to communicate with all these different races

There was no blood in the stabbing.
The Torment of Tantalus
At the end when they were dialling back to the planet, the computer displayed the Abydos symbols.
How did the scientists in 1945 get the address to P3X-972? Did they intend to go to Abydos but they misdialled since the address to P3X-972 is only slightly different than that of Abydos?
How did Dr. Littlefield survive on that planet if he'd been there since 1945? A supply of food and water can't last that long.
When they are looking at the holograms of the various elements, Daniel incorrectly states that an atom can be determined by the number of electrons. What determines the atomic number is not the amount of electrons, but the amount of proton.
Bloodlines
When Teal'c is preparing to return to Chulak on his own, he has is Jaffa snake head helmet... which he left on Chulak in the "Children of the Gods" pilot episode.
Singularity
When Teal'c and Jack were running to the Stargate, Teal'c called Nirrti "he" but we find out that Nirrti is a woman in "Fair Game". However, as with Osiris, who had taken on a female host despite traditionally being male, the gender of the host need not match that of the symbiote. So this is not necessarily a goof.
Hanka seems awfully bright during the total solar eclipse.
Jack said the elevator goes down 30 floors in the abandoned nuclear facility, but when we see Carter exit the elevator, it stops on level 28 - wouldn't it make more sense to go down all the way?
Hanka was called PX8-987 on the sign, but in other episodes, it's called P8X-987.
While on Hanka during the beginning, Captain Carter's "Earth" patch (left shoulder) was upside down!
Check Jack's watch when it's counting down until the explosion. At 1 minute left it says 7:41, at 20 secs it says 7:42, at 9 secs it's back to 7:41
Shortly after SG-1 have been checked out by Dr Frasier, the team are walking along a road, and talking about how they should tag the dead bodies they find. As they walk, two bodies come into view, and the "dead" villager furthest right lifts her head slightly as the team approach.
Solitudes
SG-1's iris code is received before the sound effect of the gate opening is heard.
Tin Man
There seems to be some confusion whether if Altair is P3X-989 or PX3-989. (Jack says P3X-989 when they arrive, but all other times in the episode it's referred to as PX3-989).
At the beginning when SG-1 finds the computer terminal you see two of the exact same surge protectors that you see all over the SGC computer systems.
When there is a coolant leak, and Harlan is trying to glue or attach something to a pipe, he asks Daniel to hold something in place while he bangs it into place. I guess he needed more glue, though, because when Daniel let go, it moved.
At the end when Jack is talking to the robot Jack and motions to him to get his face checked out you can see Jack go out of character and almost burst out laughing for a second.
There But For the Grace of God
If only 50% of the Genesis list was through the gate, where are the rest of the world leaders when the Jaffa break through.
In the Alternate reality when dialling up Chulak, it shows you the Sgt. typing away at the computers but we hear him saying "Chevron 3 encoded" but he clearly isn't saying anything as his mouth was shut.
Politics
Calling Stargate Command Area 52 is an error in that, it assume that Area 51 is a base name. But it is actually a map reference, and off that label by the public as Area 51.
Within the Serpent's Grasp
It shouldn't have been completely dark in the gate room on the ship when they sent the M.A.L.P. through. Doesn't the gate emit some kind of light when it's active.
